For other insurance carriers Cadence Physical Therapy is currently a fee for service practice. This means we do not bill your insurance. If requested we can provide you with with a “Superbill” to submit to your insurance for reimbursement for any available out-of-network benefits. We are happy to help you navigate this process.
Cadence Physical Therapy is now in-network with Regence BlueShield of Washington and able to offer direct insurance billing. We are also able to accept personal injury claims (PIP) for Motor Vehicle Collisions.
We are unable to accept Medicare at this time. We do not have a contract with Medicare as a participating or as a non-participating provider. In order to remain in compliance, we are not able to accept cash for Medicare covered services provided to patients enrolled with Medicare.
